Job Lists - Email Groups

Black Ice Security is contracted by many of the larger PMC/PSC companies and intelligence firms to provide live résumé’s for employment. It is important however to read carefully the instructions that follow to receive the best possible chance of employment.

Instructions:

1) Ensure that you have access to a PDF or Word resume available to transmit immediately upon receipt of a message. Many of the positions are filled within hours or closed for additional resumes within hours of the message being sent. Generally a applicant can not wait to write and create the perfect resume, a generic all purpose resume is better then sending a perfect one in to a closed posting

2) Ensure you have READ the entire message and are sending your application in the correct manner and to the correct person. Black Ice only rarely screens the applicants, it is most common for the message to be sent to a third party directly without our supervision. Please DO NOT send a message back to the originating email at Black Ice unless the message specifically says to do that. Your message will be delayed in being forwarded.

3) Ensure that you are qualified for the position. If you consistently apply for positions that you are not qualified for or you misrepresent yourself this could be grounds for removal from the list.

4) Forwarding messages to other people is encouraged however the delay will cause most of the messages to be dated and the positions closed by the time we receive a response. Please forward the message in its entirety and mention how to get onto the main list so those individuals will have a chance at the next job posting.  The proceedures for this and for unsubscribing are at the bottom of every email.

Black Ice Security Services (BISS) Group List:

The BISS List is for local private investigators, protection and security officers who live and work in Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. Licensed DC Private Detectives, SO and SPO qualified officers, and Virginia registered private investigators, armed and unarmed security personnel interested in full and part time local work with Black Ice should sign up for the BISS Group List. Black Ice Tier II List:

If you are desire nationwide or international overseas work and you are not a special forces or special operatins person, please sign up for the.Black Ice Tier II List.  this list is for all Non-SOF military, law enforcement, and professional security personnel that desire to be informed of job related information including CONUS and OCONUS security work - focus is the same as the Black Ice List without the requirement to be special operations. Note: Nearly 98% of all emails sent from Black Ice end up on this list. [Subscribe]

Black Ice SOF List***

This list is for special operations personnel and is restricted to SEALs, Army Special Forces (SF), Army RANGER, Marine RECON (ARS grads), USAF CCT & PJ's, and selected military and civilian intelligence personnel — generally SMU or HUMINT field personnel at the national level.
