BISS List is for private investigators, protection and security officers who live and work in Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia. Licensed DC Detectives, SO and SPO qualified officers, and Virginia registered private investigators, armed and unarmed security personnel interested in full and part time local work with Black Ice should sign up for the BISS Group List.
