Security Guard FAQs

What services does a armed officer provide?

An Armed officer is, like an unarmed officer, regulated by the state of Virginia. A armed officer is permitted to make an arrest, prevent entrance at the direction of the client and can prevent crimes in progress. They are also permitted to use non lethal and lethal levels of force with in the laws of Virginia.  Although they will also provide the same protection of deterrence and observation of a unarmed officer an armed officer will be able to also step in and prevent a situation from occurring.
